Scott Queathem, President & CEO

No stranger to the food industry, Scott is one of the foremost reputable consultants in retail grocery. His 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and management has assisted numerous clients to achieve their sales and marketing goals profitably. Using skills and knowledge honed at noteable companies including Coca-Cola, Ore-Ida, and Parmalat, Scott has introduced both domestic and international products, driven the national expansion of existing product lines and increased sales by millions of dollars for a number of appreciative clients. Today, he heads the Queathem team of professionals in creating and implementing successful marketing strategies and national sales programs.

Rich Stella, Vice President Sales

Rich brings more than 33 years of manufacturer and broker experience in the food industry. Rich graduated with an MA in Economics from IONA College in New Rochelle NY. His initial eight years in sales were with Campbell Soup Company on the East Coast where he thrived in various divisions. Rich was in executive positions as Retail Sales Manager and Vice President at Billings Horn and Bromar food brokerage organizations for 15 years in Southern California. Bromar was purchased in 1999 by Advantage where Rich was a Vice President of Grocery until 2006. Primary responsibilities are assigning and coordinating activities with Brokers and Queathem clients.

Dennis Dangerfield, Vice President Marketing, Business Development

Dennis brings 42 years of experience to the Queathem team with demonstrated success in corporate purchasing, developing brands and marketing programs in the grocery industry. Before joining the QA team, Dennis held the position of Vice President of Purchasing at Topco Associates LLC, an eleven billion dollar buying cooperative. He is a valuable asset working directly with QA clients to identify target markets, develop winning sales presentations and build business through item placement and promotional planning. Dennis graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Organization from the University of Phoenix. He was named 2003 Retail Executive of the Year by Private Label Magazine, served on the U.S. Retail Council for Aseptic Packaging from 2003 – 2008 and currently serves on an industry item and packaging innovation committee.

Kim Graw, Vice President Operations, Food Service

Kim began his career in 1974 with Land O’Lakes and since then has held senior management positions with Ore-Ida, Frito Lay & Dot Foods. He founded a foodservice marketing company in Dallas Texas, Principal Resource, and over a 12 year span, worked with over 65 branded foodservice manufacturers. He is recognized within the industry for his expertise in sales force management, brand development & direct response marketing.
